If that someone is okay / happy to go to those lengths then just leave it at that. They're both fine about it so I don't see the need to force him to go extrovert mode. It's extremely exhausting and also stressing for introverts to do that. (I'm kinda one so I know) we're just kind of designed that way. Accept it or leave it is the best solution.

Didn’t kuzuha score a en- personality type. I don’t think kuzuha is a introvert I just think he has social anxiety which is different. He seems more nervous around people then just eww people are annoying lol. You can be a extrovert but suffer from social anxiety. It’s more about where you get your energy from. For me large crowd are very draining but I can navigate a conversation with people if I need too. I get recharged if I’m by myself. Thus making me introverted. Also the difference between extrovert and introverts is in thinking too. Introverts think more internally often in their heads while extrovert react based on their environment. He also could be mistyped too but I just wanna make this clear because there is a lot of misunderstanding in the comment section.

personally, i think him interacting online definitely improved a lot, when he has collab streams and what not, which kinda does make him seem like an extrovert...i guess it's a whole different can of worms when you're tryna meet someone irl

Yes it was from Niji Fest paid stage. The archive is no longer available to watch tho sometimes Nijisanji re-broadcast old concerts during new year or when there's a new event. So you'll need to keep an eye on that, I might post an update on community post too if that happens :)
