My theory is that each Mark is just an imperfect clone that dies after a few days of life, that the real Mark continues to make in his basement, and the length between each video is how long it takes to incubate a new Mark, and his uploads have been inconsistent because he hasn't mastered the craft yet.
I have a similar theory about a friend of mine and his facial hair.

I went to a combination elementary-middle school with a guy who was held back at least twice, his last name was Archibald. I know he failed at least two times because he was in 8th grade with me - as well as the year before - and he drove to school. They gave him a parking space in the Staff Lot, which he promptly lost after doing doughnuts after school one day. I think he was trying to show off, since the Staff Lot was just a portion of the Bus Parking Lot. He still drove to school after that, but had to park at funeral home across the street for the rest of the year.
I always wondered what happened to him? After 8th grade graduation, I went on to high school and I don’t remember ever seeing him anymore...

@@ajpimpsall yes indeed, I have to agree. However, I'm never ever disappointed with his videos and I can honestly say that none of my subscriptions can evoke the same sense of excitement amongst my kids and I when we see the notification.

@@AL-SH ofcourse this is 100% speculation but one of the typical traits for someone with a depression is to very suddenly fully abandon something without any visible reason, for example ignoring friends or quitting education.
@@raafmaat You're absolutely right about that, being down that dark road myself makes me remember every activity in life had become a difficult, long and worthless task. I sincerely hope that Mark is not suffering from depression and that his job that pays for his bills is the reason why we don't see him fully committed to his UA-cam channel.
@@AL-SH speaking from experience, making these videos can be quite draining. First you have to watch the film, find the jokes, do the dialogue and edit it together. Next you have to try and think of something else to edit and review. On top of that, the risk of UA-cam copyright strikes are always a downer.
Finally, the motivation to do so. When you work a full time job and tey to maintain a social life, these videos take alot out of you.
I feel that while the breaks kind of suck, I remember hes doing this for the fun of it above all else. He isnt making money off it so I leave him to make the videos as he pleases.
With that in mind, I am very much looking forward to his next video.

Being the worlds best moral person, he just can't see the flaws in his friends, so he trusts them and goes to the bank to start an account and deposit the check. His wife dies. He isn't sure if he is crazy or not. It turns out the supernatural thing that happened earlier was the spirit of an enlightened and evolved human from the future trying to warn him about using the bank. The enlightened evolved human from the future will be himself. The bank will use the money he deposited to fund everything evil that happens in the world. He discovers that the bank did this by using his superhacker abilities. He will tell everyone that the banks are evil, but no one will listen. The end.

This could’ve been interesting if there was no Slenderman. Kinda like in Smiley, where it was a bunch of killers dressed up as a fictional internet demon going around killing fools to keep the myth alive. This could’ve been kinda cool if Slenderman was a passive background character that just lurks in every frame but doesn’t actually do anything. He’s just sorta there, like air, but isn’t important.
that's actually what Slenderman usually does, he RARELY does anything, he just STANDS there. And watches. Most of the activeness comes from side effects of his presence, like people who encountered him and became his followers and start attacking people who gianed his attention. Slenderman's MYSTERIOUS.
