Sir... I have a doubt. I bought MI Automatic Soap Dispenser in July 2022. It worked for hardly 20-25 days and then stopped working. The soap bottles ordered along with the dispenser too got expired. I've complained may be 100+ times on twitter and discord server. First they addressed my issue for a few months saying their team is looking into the matter, but later they stopped responding to my messages. What should I do? I visited the service center and they told THE DISPENSER DOESN'T COMES UNDER ANY SORT OF WARRANTY. Even MI Bags come with warranty but an electronic item has no warranty. Please guide. Should I visit the consumer court? And what proofs should I collect of repeatedly notifying them? In some messages, I've used some harsh words too, should I collect those messages too?
And yes, I raised this issue in one of their live chat when they launched their discord server and someone from the Xiaomi management who was handling Redmi Pad launched at that time, assured to take up the issue with the concerend team. Also, ek Vishvesh Mehta ne bhi 6 mahine tak achhi goliya di thi is issue ke regarding.
