Meal trains are ELITE!!!! Between friends and family we were lucky enough to not cook for 5 weeks!!!! It helped so much especially because my mental health really struggled post partum

I am not a huge Emily Henry fan (meaning that i have only read one of her books) and i got a notification from Kindle today saying that she has a new release and i said "hasn't that book been out for weeks already?" .. I guess not! it just feels that way because so many people have been talking about it/getting arc's/there has been soo much hype ... I will have to read it! 💖

Making dinners for your friends who just had babies is doing the Lord’s work! My friends did it for me when I had my baby a year ago and it was such a life saver. My baby wouldn’t sleep unless he was held so we were so exhausted. I wouldn’t even want to get dressed most days. I had a new found appreciation for my friends for their kindness during that season. 🫶🏼
