How to increase kiln output, we are facing lot of problems in our kiln, our kiln capacity is 1800 but now we are getting only 1400
Details as follows
Pc coal-60.0%(local coal ash-36 cv-4200 vm-36.0%), kiln coal-South Africa coal ash-16.0%, vm-26.0%, cv-6200
Kiln feed analysis & Clinker analysis respectively as follows
Si-10.0, 19.50%
Al-3.25, 5.98%
Fe-2.30, 4.16%
Cao-43.40%, 64.80%
Mgo-1.60, 2.10%
K2O-0.28,
Na2O-0.36,
Cl-0.0002, 0.00010
LSF-132.70,
S/R-1.80, 2.10%
A/F-1.36, 1.46%
C3S-65.0
C2S-5.0
C3A-8.0%
C4AF-11.0%
LC-28-29%
suppose we are increasing the S/R in kilnfeed we are facing kiln operation side problems like kiln inlet frequently hard coating and kiln stopping and cleaning, ring formation in burning zone
We are using clay for iron additive purpose(19.0% max).
So i request to u provide a necessary action to improve the clinker production

Maintain SM to 2.2-2.3 and AM 1.50-1.55.
