This refresh my memories. I was born in Dehradun in 1955. Used to study in children’s academy on Bindal Road upto 6th. Move to PUNJAB in 1966. After that few times I visit to my home town. Now settled in USA. I just watch your program which really makes me cry. In the future I will be love to visit Dehradun. Thanks to refresh my memories.

I continue to watch this episode and the Bun Tikki is classic example of our Indian ingenuity where even if one is not educated..... they have the common sense.... the gumption..... the sheer hard work to set in place a live assembly cooking line which normally in the west are done by machines!!!! Faaantaastic!!!! Amazing the precision with which these guys are monitoring the heat of the oil.... the continuity of the buns..... just the whole Assembly line.... INDIA ROCKS!!!! ....
