Smaller rear sprocket for sure. A 24 tooth will do you fine if your keeping it 50cc. Next is a pipe upgrade, many options out there. Be sure to upjet the carburetor when you add a pipe.

Lucky. We've got stupid laws over here that require pedals. They are much cooler bikes without them i think.
