Roman just a thought. Perhaps you could do some additional lighting in your unboxing area. They would help eliminate glare and really showcase the beauty of the amazing pieces you feature. Also you tend to say the makers fairly fast and for those of us learning it can be hard to hear. Grey market is my favorite channel at the moment. It's up against a catfish fisherman from Iowa. Stay on top, get some lighting.
Not sure if you notice but on my UA-cam it loads the lower quality version of the video. When I adjust to full HD the watches and everything looks great.

After I was there and then watched Grey Market the watches didn't not pop like they did in the jewelry store during the unboxing. I don't know how they did it at the store but their was no glare either. Roman and Ana know the tricks. I hope they consider it because they get watches nobody else gets. I'd love to see them in their best light.
I love the unboxing because we really get a good look at the watches. I like when Roman puts them on because it gives you a summation of the size and how it would possibly look on your own wrist.

I don't know many model numbers, but 15500 vs 15400 is basic. The 15500 has date closer to the outer edge/bezel, due to bigger movement. If you are in the watch trade, I respectfully submit that you need to be able to identify 15202, 15300, 15400 & 15500. These are the basic Royal Oak models.

Hi folks, just discovered your channel and was elated! My family have been in the business since 1895 and I’ve been going to JA and IGJW shows for my whole adult life. I’ve had to close my store though. My number came up for a terminal lung disease and I don’t get to fly to shows anymore. Just watching your excitement is contagious (but I’m not, ha!)! I’m both envious and happy for you guys. Even if I was on the other side of the counter!
That advice that Anna gave as to why she’s the best at sales in the business is exactly the explanation and advice I gave in a comment in a previous video. Create a journey of your customers watch investment life and from that, you can predict or find out from historical knowledge, what they want next. Put it into your Zendesk and create a list from that based on frequent buyers watches etc. soon as the watch comes in, pounce on the phone and get the client to invest in their new time piece.
