8 Home Calisthenics Leg Exercises for Complete Beginners - NO EQUIPMENT (Workout Routine)

  • New to calisthenics or exercise in general? Here are some great calisthenics leg exercises - complete with reps and sets - to get you started.
    CAUTION: VIDEO CONTAINS A FLASHING IMAGE
    The exercises in this video are ideal building basic strength in your legs if you're new to exercising =. They mainly train your quads, glutes and hamstrings, but they also indirectly work your calves too. In other words, they give your legs a complete workout. And you don't need any equipment to do it, either - all you need is your body.
    What's great about this calisthenics leg workout is that it can be done anywhere at home - in your bedroom, in your kitchen, even in your bathroom. Just make sure that if you do do them (see what I did there?) in your bathroom, tell whoever lives in your home before you start - or they'll think you're taking a devastating sh*t with all the grunting going on in there.
    Jokes aside, this serves as a good introduction to training calisthenics legs, even if you've never trained bodyweight exercises before. And for your ease, I've included the full workout plan at the end of the video so it's yours to keep.

    Hi bro I watch your video you posted it 4 years ago title - calisthenics at home for beginners I watched it today and it's been 3-4 days I can now perform elbow lever but the problem is my hands can't pick my whole body which make me like I will fall and got injured plz tell me some tips for making and strong to do hanstands and other calisthenics
