This is a pretty smart way to introduce Danny the Street to modern audiences.
As someone who doesn't know who Danny the Street is or as someone who has only seen clips from the show, this was pretty easy to follow. They really did do this in a smart way for sure
I remember reading the comic for the first time and dying of laughter. Glad to see them on the big screen

Speaking to Cyborg in ACTUAL binary to explain nonbinary has to be one of the most clever and hilarious jokes I've ever seen.

My favorite episode from season one is when cliff gets a rat in his head and has a breakdown I can’t be the only one that thinks it’s funny and Brendan Frazier as cliff is great casting!
Yeah that scene is perfect, it's hilarious but also really heartbreaking, just shows how great of an actor Brendan Frazer
First I honestly thought Frazier as Cliff would be bad, but I think no one could have done it better.
It was great when the Doom Patrol all came together at Danny the Street

In a way Danny the street is like an island of misfit toys and don't get me wrong I respect what Danny the street does opening themselves up as a home to people who are treated us outsider. We can all use a little bit of Danny in our lives

To tell you the truth.I haven't even heard about Danny the street before this show .But that's probably because I haven't read any DP comics until this show come on the scene.
I barely remember the doom patrol from when I was a kid, and didn't remember Danny at all. Was he always a street full of drag queens? That's pretty progressive for a comic book

I really wish I had HBO Max so I could watch this. Danny and Flex have been my absolute favorite heroes for the last 15 years! I love that their existences and powers make no conventional sense whatsoever! :D

For how seldom they appear, Danny the Street is always one of my favorite superheroes ever. Just such a unique and fun concept for a character.
I feel bad for those who have never watched Doom Patrol and watch clips like this and get no context to what or why this is all happening lol
To be fair this episode was really forced and just kind of shoved into a huge plot point happening this episode is a must skip if you watch the show
Context has very little practical meaning in this. It has a certain weird logic. I love WEIRD. I doubt that even Marvel / the MCU could do weird successfully.
@@DanielAppleton-lr9eq Context in the larger sense to the Doom Patrol property... if people don't brace themselves to expect something weird, and a certain tone and humor, people will be put off by it. You or I may appreciate it but weirdness turns a lot of people off.

They changed my outlook in a TON of ways - & I never watched anything but DP clips on here.
Cyborg not knowing about non-binary people was really clever.

Danny is one of the weirdest Character in DC Comics but I loved every second of that episode. Even the ending in wich Danny was in fact in Danger although it could Teleport itself elsewhere. But Danny was protecting all this people, and they fight for it.
I think that Danny needs to have hir OWN series, the DP could guest star in it !

I was just thinking that this comic and show did what all these "woke" comics are trying to do a while ago, and successfully. It just manages to tell a good story too
I am so hyped for season 3!!! I thoroughly enjoyed season 2 and this is one of my favorite DC Universe original shows alongside Harley Quinn!
