The BEST concert I have ever seen in my life was THE MOODY BLUES! it was in 1999 here in VB...I will never forget how beautiful each song was sung..theres noone like the Moody Blues....noone..Justin's voice sounds the same as it did decades ago..its amazing..THANK GOD I still have their 1981 LONG DISTANCE VOYAGER record album that I listen to all the time.....he's been part of my life with his music and I am so thankful...rest in peace Ray and Graeme, your fans love and miss you dearly..we do
THANK GOD I can watch him on you tube...I have been a fan for decades..his beautiful amazing voice..Omgoodness, I live him...hes a wonderful man too...
I’ve watch this interview several times. It’s very revealing of his coming of age. Justin, thanks for all the music and you accessibility. I’ve had the good fortune to meet you in person several times. I hope you are blessed with a long and happy life of songwriting and performing. 🥰🎸🇬🇧🇺🇸
... yes, Robert, and now, very sadly, it's just the Blue Jays, Justin&John that remain to carry on, and that thought only brings me more closely to the mortality of my own existence. And, more than any other arrangement of music, and players, the Moody Blues music brings me back home to myself with the the very strongest sense dai-ja-vous familiarity and connection and ...
Justin's songs could be anyone's song who fell in love, parted and moved on. He always gets you thinking and wondering. As we get older, we do look back at things and one of them usually is about love that is gone and is now only memories. There are times when I look back of my first love wondering what he is doing, what he looks like in each of the times that I thought of him. He had an impact on me because he was my first love. His parents moved across the USA and that beautiful young love was gone. When I hear this song, it takes me back to my wild southern boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. I am now married to a man with blonde hair and blue eyes. Speaking of blonde hair, doesn't Justin just look adorable. Even now, Justin is adorable and still shy. He is quite quiet at his solo gigs. I think he has gone back to his younger years when Ray or Mike would announce the songs....Lols
Cool. We share the same feelings. Tho mine was a girl. She was my first girlfriend and i was her first boy friend. We were together for a really long time, that is until her family moved back to Nebraska. I just turned 59 last Saturday and this song always makes me think of her. Yeah, I to wonder….
@@howie9751 yes it was worded perfectly. Toby Keith had a song Look At Me Now, but even though he remembers her, it is more like Nannie, nannie because he sings about his success in the music world, and she was not interested when he was young and nor successful. Journey had a nannie nannie song....a revenge song. Justin's song is merely wondering what happened to her, what she looks like, etc.
It just isn't right that these wonderful musicians grow older. I saw him with The Moody Blues with the Des Moines Symphony back around 1994 and it was one of the greatest concerts. I still play the Red Rocks DVD and Justin is one of the coolest guys I've ever seen onstage. The music, the voice, the way he carried himself, he was cool on the level of Connery and McQueen.
Treasure him while he's here, only he and John are left (Mike retired back in 1978, but is the original founder of the band ). R.I.P. to the "comedian" of the group, Graeme Edge.
Justin is so spoiling us. He is such a kind person, always thinking about his most dedicated fans. A song of the Moodies came on Deep Tracks last night when I was just turning off the car but when You and Me came on, I just had to listen to it, even though my burned cd of my favorites from the Moodies was in ready to play in my car, it makes my heart glad that they play the Moodies on this station and other stations from satellite stations. FM stations just would not play them as much. Shame on them.
@@lindam.6782 I like Justin and/or the Moodies singing live which was shown Friday and what he has been showing on his Tuesday Afternoon and now Friday. I love these showings because it makes me feel connected with him. After all, the Moodies/Justin were my favorite band since I was 18, out doing Hendrix, Clapton, and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young and even the Beatles, which I saw in 1964 when I was just 14. CSNY were my second favorite. I like live bands who don't lip sinc.
I enjoy watching the video of this entire presentation. What a delight, hearing Justin as he speaks, shares, and sings! Love seeing just this gentleman and his guitar....beautiful!
Loved this show. I’ve watched it many times. The interviewer was ill prepared and incompetent though and you could tell he got under Justin’s skin as he did mine.
Also....if uou live in the U.S., we will be able to see a partial eclipse of the moon. It will be the longest eclipse and will not be another like this for another 500 years! Unfortunately it starts around 2:20 am EST. I will be up to watch it. For more info, you kind find on the web.

I like how in this song he doesn't say "I still love you all these years" or "Do you still love me?". Just...do you wonder?

Wish I could have seen this show, but I wasn't living in Ohio at the time. At least I do have the video JH released.

Love it Sir….once upon a time…..♥️♥️♥️♥️
Good timing. Just finished cleaning up the leaves in the yard and really enjoyed watching this with a cup of tea. : o )
Would be nice if Justin could introduce the new videos, enjoyed him doing that on the older ones 💕 and bonus is we get to see him 🥰
Yeah I’ve seen the whole thing many times ☺️ I just want to see Justin 🤷♀️🥰
Love him! xoxox
I love this acoustic version of the song! It shares some elements with something that Dave Cousins might do.
Class Act
Great video Justin. Love your voice and playing style.🎼🤗👏
One word describes Justin: Genius!

The big hit MTV era revival. Good luck title. One of Taylor Swift’s best.
