Landing | Foggy Air Canada 777-300ER arrival into Vancouver

A foggy arrival into Vancouver International Airport from London Heathrow, on-board a 777-300ER on Friday 7th February 2020.
A bit of fog in the Vancouver area meant that we didn't see the ground until late into the approach, but meant that there was a fair whack of fluff being generated over the top of the wings - would have liked to have seen it from the outside.
The flight itself was actually quite pleasant; the crew kept us well hydrated and were friendly. The food itself was a bit naff, and my IFE screen didn't want to work (the touchscreen had gone and kept selecting things at random without my command...).
Seatbelt signs were on for an hour or so whilst we skirted the northern fringes of Storm Ciara, but in reality there was minimal chop.
In all, a pleasant experience.
