I've had good luck with a little bit of some weed and some hard liquor and show up ABOUT 45 minutes before last call you'll always pull 1 or 2😂😂 But man you schooled on the speckled trout!!! Tastee treats!! 325 little budda little garlic and lemon offer that up with the other 2 baits AND I know you'll catch yourself a striper OR 2. I went fishin today all I did was kill so bluegill didn't get nuttin!!!!! The fresh water stripers were bustin the schools of bait fish ALL week they had no interest in what I was throwin the is FULL of fry shad skip jack zillions of em I haven't done any good after that nasty cold windy day all I've done is kill some bluegill and blow money on frozen skip jack and feed those soft shell turtles they LOVE skip jack!!!! I'm probably going to go and try to catch somemore bluegill tomorrow. MAYBE I can catch some more of them to kill 😂? A friend of mine loved to catch speckled trout in the outer banks that's how he cooked go to Wal-Mart and get one of those grill matts and you'll be cookin like a French chef!! That matt MAKES it REALLY easy no sticking to to the grill you'll get that nice crispy restaurant look AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE taste they usually got em up front by the check out with the rest of that crap " as seen on T.V. SECTION. You can grill your veggies on it with your fillets they won't fall through the grill when you use the mat they work rather well. Let me know how it works for you. Get onto em next time :) Haha, I know exactly what you are talking about. I have some of those mats. They are like a tan/gold color. They really do work wonders and make the clean up, that much easier on me. I can be pretty lazy man. Lol! But I will try that out. Need to get out there and catch some more. Went out there just recently and only caught speck and drum. None of legal size though. Good news was, we were pulling out flounder and my buddy even caught a striper!
