While yes, she didn't deserve what happened to her as a child, no one does, but all she is doing is making other people (KIDS) traumatized. She was going to murder those children in front of their mother. she sure deserves what happens in the future with trial and charges because she planned to murder these people. It's not okay to take your trauma out on anyone. If you do, you pay the consequences for it, whether you are mentally unstable or not. So no, she didn't deserve her hurt, but she deserves the consequences of hurting others. Her saying she doesn't deserve prison is wrong. She now has proved she needs to be away from society to keep others and herself protected. She didn't drop her weapon; therefore, she had the shot coming. Thats for anyone who does that to police. Especially swat. Someone having a bad childhood does not justify anything bad they do. Her child-self deserves better. Her now, does not.

I had a pretty fucked up upbringing and I became a marine now I’m national guard and state patrol. I’ve seen many cases of where terrible upbringings motivated that person do better and make their life mean something then there are others that play the victim and do even worse things. It’s all about your drive determination and mindset. Take accountability be a good person. There’s evil and good in all of us. It’s your choice who you chose to be
