Nerve damage takes anywhere between 2 to 4 years to completely heal he just had nerve damage and it took that long for him to heal, it had nothing to do with the snake wine lol 😂
Lots of images of non-Chinese snakes, such as boas and bushmasters from Central-to-South America, corn and rat snakes from the US, and ball pythons from west Africa. I didn't see any one-eyed trouser snakes, which is just as well.
I used to have a couple of snakes, they are pretty cool. Some countries make wine from snakes and scorpions inside the same bottle. Don't try this at home.
There's definitely something to be said about traditional medicine. For many hundreds of years, practitioners, who may have had no formal medical training at all, were nonetheless slowly learning, by hook or by crook, how certain plants, extracts, animals, more extracts, minerals, even more extracts AND compounds were able to alleviate suffering. Working without strict controls, or complex analyses, these people, alone and in ad hoc groups, slowly built up an extremely impressive body of knowledge of GREAT value to the wider world. So let's give credit where credit is due. Some pricey drugs today are nothing more than ultra-pure examples of what traditional practitioners had been aware of for many _many_ decades. So we may not chew on the bark of white willow trees, or apply poultices of lark's tongue and aspic, but we have these people to thank for the original discovery of things like aspirin and King Crimson.
~05:22 You say something about snake's fast metabolism. Wait what??? I thought snakes had pretty slow metabolic 'rates'. They certainly don't need to eat like birds or squirrels or meerkats or tigers. A good meal for a snake can take a couple days to work through the system. Am I missing something?
sucking venom is a thing I saw with own eyes. It helps and saves life. U just gotta be quick, Venom still goes in but not much and it gives time for antidote.
People concerned with poison vs venom usage are not the smartest folk. Y’all like grammar Nazi’s. Making a fuss about details cause you can’t formulate the larger picture 🤷🏾♂️
@M-dv1yj The larger picture being competent enough to label something important enough as the difference between the two. That being said, Antidote are for poison and antivenom is for venom. Should that be mislabeled too? 🙃
@@bigscoop91 labeling should be specific. But some things are only of significance within hyper focused , isolated or abstracted environments. I mean if you look at the rational for why type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes were labeled differently it’s based only on whether it was insulin dependent. Speaking about snake area entrance and exit designs, you specifically mentioned doors, one opening in, the other opening out, BUT you didn't say WHY one should do this. The snakes don't care, and the door frames don't care, so it must be the humans that care. Why? It's not like an airlock, or a sally port in a jail, so why the 'open in/open out' rule?
Nitrous-oxide will make us pass-out peacefully, but reptiles need Carbon-dioxide to get sleepy; if snake farmers dose viper-terrariums moments before reaching-in, by the time snake wakes up they're already being handled.
Pretty interesting stuff. I know some people that would pay good money to receive some of these snakes. I wonder if they would consider putting a portion of their livestock into the pet trade.
Sew their mouths shut so they don't eat their young....uh....no!? That's not exactly a great way to do it. Guarantee the snakes aren't given anything for the pain or to prevent infection. I get it's a small rural village but still....
For the first time ever, an animal is treated well in Asia I hope the future is a lot more farming of these basic instinctual animals rather than intelligent social ones like nearly all western livestock.
As a snake and lizard breeder myself, I don't believe this video. Because anyone that breeds snakes know it takes between 2 and five years to get them to breed. At least the snake species that I breed!

This is what hell looks like for Indiana Jones.
Looks like hell for me too 😅
“Why did it have to be snakes…” 🐍
I’m pretty sure those are real snakes and not artificial
I never thought that there could be a snake breeding industry
In the US, snake breeding is big bucks.
Thanks for giving me something to watch during lunch.
Haha, especially if you live in tropical climates. Scary !!!

I’d rather be poor, than living in this village from Hell, I’d rather live in a haunted house…
I will move in with you, if my second choice were this hellish place!!!!!!!!!
Interesting
So they use pounds but 1076 square feet is 100 square metres and 220 lb is 100kg so 1 square metre for every kilo of snake ?
Sometimes traditional meds works before compare to modern once. We cannot argue with that cause my self have tried one
I think you should pin this for no reason xx
No
Skibidi toilet
So Why Aren't Snakes Allowed to Sleep on Farms???? I wasted 20 minutes & I still don't know why...
@4:06 Dude where I live it looks like the guy is ready to goto a pentecostal so called church with all those serpents LOL.

''Stiker warning : Poisonous Snake'' :)))))
Bien

I’m not sure why he said that because compared to warm blooded animals the metabolism is quite slow.
❤
i think his illness went away cuz he wasnt fucking farming anymore breaking his back rofl

owa owa
A "Snake Expert" with a sign on the tank that says "poisonous snake" is already a huge red flag to me.
Venom is injected / Poison is consumed.
Misstranslation i guess. English is not his first language, and many languages dont differentiate between these two words.

@ABW941 You would have a good point...IF IT WASNT WRITTEN IN ENGLISH! 🙃

1:00 in: “nope”
humans left nothing
I actually love the avatar, ain't nothing wrong with it man
Artificial Snakes..... WHAT?
In general, everything that is grown on farms or incubators is considered artificial. If not in the wild, then artificially
@@ham5784 That doesn't sound right.
Then you could argue we are all artificial since we were born from humans.
@@ham5784 they arnt artificial..just domesticated.
Hello
All that coffee Steve will make your poo poo smell like do do
Thank you WATOP your new use of "Other Steve" is awesome. Yes he's still a tool but at least he's quiet.
Zisiqiao = Rats’ hell 🤣🤣

eeeeek sneks!
steve, your eyes freaked me out :D
Me too. Tweaker eyes lol
No comment yet
Almost every piece of snake care info in the video is laughably wrong
You would think that with almost 3 million subscribers, he would not use the same background musics that 50 other youtubers use.
Considering how many youtubers are out there, if he's only sharing the same music with 50 others, I'd say that's not so bad.
Pretty interesting stuff. I know some people that would pay good money to receive some of these snakes. I wonder if they would consider putting a portion of their livestock into the pet trade.
New snake virus on the horizon
Interestingly the medical symbol is 2 snakes wrapped around a cup and this medical symbol is ancient
Right..
There's a whole lot of S's in this video
Such farming exists!! Freaking no way I'm I ever going to such a place. Snakes are scary and kudos to the brave farmers!!
china
But why aren’t snakes allowed to sleep on farms?
So that they can breed instead of sleeping. You missed some parts of the video I guess.
what actually happened to steve
Haven't watched one of your videos in a bit, usually just listen to them, but now that I'm watching it... your little avatar got annoying quite fast.
It's fairly new, I didn't even notice since I haven't been watching as much lately.
Same, I tend to just listen to them in the background. Couldn't make it past very far watching with how distracting and tacky they are.
This. Stop the fucking avatar dude. Lmao.
Yeah..... It's way overboard..... Awesome videos and narration... But dude.... Dump the avitar thing
Wth are yall complaining about? Go make vids yourself. Be happy its content

This is the comment I was looking for as soon as he said it I went reading through the comments
They only care about the money. It's sick. Unfortunately it's in China so I doubt that the government cares.
400000 yuan is 55k
If this avatar keep continue to come I go stop whatching this chanel
Going to stop right noq
Bye ✋
🖖🤟 Steve,
Can’t do the avatar 24/7 peace
👍☕
I looooove snakes (I own 3 myself 🥹❤️) and it’s kind of sad that they are being killed for rituals and medicine
It seems to me that in China the state should keep such things under strong control
Why do you think that the government would care? I am quite sure that bribes are paid and happily accepted. 😂
can snake farmers import captured rodents from places where there are plagues of mice rats or squirrels such as Australia?
In this case Australians should start snake farming.
Even watching this video is a nightmare...how about real ones.. but no thank you
Chinese "medicine"
In one word disgusting .... feeding new born pups ....
Chinese medicine 💊 for COVID-19
S N A K E B O I ‘ S 🐍
at first i thought it's Tang village, lol
Third comment 🗿
I hope they don't get bit by poisonous snakes
snakes are venomous..not poisonous.
I like some herbs from china
Cobra's are snake eaters
I think thats only true for the king cobra.
CAN SOMEONE YELL==NOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYYY🤣🤣🤣🤣🤢🤢😁😁!
Nope, I dont wanna cause another pandemic by eating random animal stuff.
I completely agree with you
Crazy commies
For the first time ever, an animal is treated well in Asia
I hope the future is a lot more farming of these basic instinctual animals rather than intelligent social ones like nearly all western livestock.
no
Yeah, I doubt that any of the creatures farmed in China are cared for properly.
an animal is treated well?? You think those animals are being treated well???
No snake you . I will stick to mountain lions and bears here in Idaho.
As a snake and lizard breeder myself, I don't believe this video. Because anyone that breeds snakes know it takes between 2 and five years to get them to breed. At least the snake species that I breed!
" chinese traditional medicine..." is the analogon to "..ancient alien pyramids.." .
U are Steve and Steve is u, just changing your voice and calling it Steve, tell me I'm wrong
