You discussed where to stand in the box which is huge!! I was in a funk for about a year and a half recently after starting to play on turf for the first time. Didn’t know better so I just stood where it was worn down. No matter what i changed in my swing, i would hit it off the hands or end cap every swing and it was driving me mad. It took taking some solo BP sessions (and recording my swing) on the turf to finally realize I simply needed to be standing further back and off the plate to accommodate my swing. Pretty much fixed the issue overnight once I figured that out.
i've accumulated a ton of instructional value watching your videos but the one that we always reference-- "Make sure you've got a net people." Best/most important investment there is.

I stand 3 feet away from the batting box and then meet the ball and hit where I want it to go.
