Sewage and waste water goes back to the city system. The house is not on an island, but is surrounded on 3 sides by water.

@@MontenegroRealEstate not worth it, you can get way better properties in that area for that price.. if you can find people to pay that good for you..
The price is high, I agree. Interestingly enough, we have a 7 bedroom palace a few doors away roughly half that price offering much better value. Sellers feel the uniqueness of the property, surrounded on 3 sides by water gives it a premium. We also have another stone cottage surrounded by water on 3 sides at about a quarter of the price of this one. So yes, you can get more for your money. Including many villas at the €1~1.5m mark on the 1st line to the sea, but not on the water. Thanks for your comments. All opinions welcome.
