A good non profit organization in Fort Worth is Opening door for women in need. If you haven’t donated the pillows yet you can try them. They do a lot for women that are in need, have gotten out of domestic violence situations. Hope this helps ❤

I used to work for a non profit that was called the family resource center…we would get donations from people that were set aside to gift families in need…especially the parents who usually get overlooked using the holidays with other programs…since they’re new items…possibly look for any community action offices in ur area that would take them or can direct u to any other non profits like what I worked for who could gift them to families in the area…

Our TJ Maxx destroyed the fall pillows and did try to destroy as much breakable fall stuff as possible

Definitely. Fortunately my friend was still able to get some good items and I just grabbed 4 items (working on decluttering and organizing). But, there could have been more items to get except for the slashing of pillows and breaking breakable items.
We just up loaded our first video about two weeks ago but, we have been dumpster diving since 2011 and love diving. It's like opening another Christmas gift every time we go out. Two of our best finds so far was two Purple Mattresses and another time we found some Emeril Lagasse air fryers. We enjoyed your video. Stay Safe.

I would have dropped off the pillows at home, stuffed them in the trashbags and set them in the kitchen and then gone back to get all the other pillows. So fucking sad. I wish I had the nerve to dumpster dive my local TJ Maxx to donate those pillows and other things they have. :(

1:05 I have that I like it but if you plug it into a smart tv make sure you unplug it before you go to sleep or else it flashes on randomly because of the Wi-Fi in the tv

You can make up bags with food and a pillow, hat and gloves and hand to a homeless person, I was lucky to have one when I was in the shelter

Check local domestic violence services. A lot of them help people leaving dangerous situations to start over.

My tj maxx has been the same. Tons of fall and Halloween stuff just tossed out. I donated it all to a homeless shelter that has a thrift store in my town. I can’t stand how wasteful these places are.

It’s legal in most US states…some cities have made it illegal cuz of course they want to profit off of anything they can by making it about something it’s not..identity theft is what they say is why it’s illegal in a city near me…but it’s really cuz they can make money off of people in need and they need everyone to be a criminal…I was told once by a deputy that he wanted to throw me in jail for burglary and trespassing..im a 5’ tall petite woman in my 40s and this punk was a 20 something man…what was really going on is he was married to the store manager and they had a good thing going on by throwing things away and he would go pick it up after hours…no one says anything about a deputy taking things from the dumpster…but if they make it illegal,, that means they can’t search dumpsters for evidence to build cases in bigger criminal investigations…so it’s still legal here

I work at homegoods that is also attached to a tjmax... unfortunately they make us put stuff we didn't sell in a compressor with our garbage . Im so sad I can't do what you do because I see so much waste and I go to them to qsk if we can donate but they said its too much paper work and liability....
