I'm sorry, a mistake like the State of Palestine and Republic of Kosovo listed as "unrecognised" states makes me think that this is not a mistake but simply out of political agenda hidden by creator of the video. I'm sorry to say this, but both nations are obviously recognised by almost half of UN members. Republic of China, a.k.a. Taiwan is still recognised by some UN members, and Afghanistan is recognised by Saudi Arabia. So tell me, what part of "unrecognised" are we talking about here?
I was not trying to show any political bias, it was simply that I had heard both Palestine and Kosovo being unrecognized. And by unrecognized, I mean not in the UN and not recognized by a significant number of countries. Palestine, in my mind is the most recognized unrecognized state. As for Taiwan and Afghanistan, while they are recognized by some countries, the vast majority of countries do not recognize them, so that is why they are included here. If I only included countries that never received recognition from any recognized state, this video would be a lot more empty and would have ignored self-declared states that only have the backing of one or two recognized countries. As for Kosovo, I actually support their independence! But I know that a lot of countries don't recognize them and thus they are in this video.
