Anyone else find it funny that the woman in pink said that guy barely speaks English, spoke to him in Spanish, and then he spoke perfect English? 😂

I’ve seen that happen a lot irl. Maybe he was just nervous to talk directly to cops? 🤷♀️

Holy shit that part with Kyla is just heartbreaking. How do you even stop that? She's denying help probably from fear or retaliation from that scumbag.
When she's denying, I don't think there is anything they CAN do sadly. Unless they've seen it happen. Which is so heartbreaking.
Girls they like bad boys, it is there quest for the Darwing award.
When I was younger I was Kyla. In a very bad relationship and wouldn't accept help to get out. It's so hard to explain to someone why you won't just leave on your own. And why you cover for the other person and lie to friends and family telling everyone you're okay. My heart breaks for her because I could have easily been her. I hope she's resting peacefully now, free from all the pain. 💔
lesson: when the opportunity arises, save yourself. had she just been honest when they were seperated she could've escaped
@@Viteaification ignorant..... its not that simple
The Kyla account was heartbreaking. This is a notice to anyone being abused, male or female. Thinking it is a one off or it will get better. It does not. Tell someone. Nobody will think less of you for asking for help. The control can be broken, but only if you take that first step.
Unfortunately, that's usually not why they don't get help; it's because they don't think it's abuse. Victims of abuse usually don't think of it that way, from their point of view it's just a simple argument or something. I know because I've had family in that situation and it really sucks, because she refused to believe us when we told her to leave :( it's fucked up
Human beings man. Human beings. Never could understand why people have to be so dog gone evil to each other. Why we think that causing harm to others is okay, I will NEVER understand about humanity. The fact that we haven't wiped ourselves out is nothing short of a miracle. Just calling it how I see it.
@@Spicii9896 Same in my family it sucks luckily the woman was able to get away and the dude is in jail for life for murdering their kid but it sucks that it has to go to the extreme sometimes in order for things to resolve.
This is exactly what happened to my friend years back. The only difference was her family made damn sure he never made it to trial. Bastard got what he deserved but in the end there’s 2 little kids that are never gonna see their mom again. It’s just an empty victory.

So I looked up Gregory Miller from the last one, and he apparently was set on a $1,000,000 bond. His charges were dropped to assault with intent to commit great bodily harm, to which he plead guilty to. He was sentenced 114 days in jail (which he already served), and 3 years probation. WOW. I hope his neighbor is somewhere safe away from that lunatic.
He will be on the next episode of FEAR THY NEIGHBOR...yikes!!!!

Coulda been self defense after the first shot. But when he fired when they ran is what makes it a legal gray area
Exactly thank you. The way he was laughing about it nonchalantly is disturbing, and the cops were talking to him as if he were an old friend. He tried to justify it "I've had enough" but instead of calling the cops he resorted to murder. He's a monster

Cops should have pressed harder with the Digiacinto. This is awful
Well, his gf has him cover...which is paid her with her own life one month later, and tried to killed his own father in his parent's house. So, yeah....anybody knows what's happen next on that Digiancito?
Kyla went to great lengths to say nothing was going on and took great pains to defend her scumbag boyfriend and she had no idea that she had only a few more weeks to live. It's so sad when people just REFUSE to see what's right in front of them and refuse help when it is being offered. Who was it who said, "When people tell you what they are, believe them." She evidently did not believe what her boyfriend was and apparently didn't want to get him in trouble and she ending up paying the ultimate price. How sad.
The man who got bent out of shape because his neighbor was running his chainsaw late at night was a bit of a puzzle to me. He said he's retired so I'm wondering if he doesn't have to get up and go to work the next morning, why he is so upset that a chainsaw woke him up. I am retired and my neighbor has a little dog that likes to bark and he sometimes barks for what seems like an hour at a time. I have never gotten mad at my neighbor for this. If the little dog wakes me up, I get up and read for a while or play computer games or watch videos and when the dog stops barking I go back to sleep. Because I don't have to get up the next morning and go to work, it's no big deal to me and I don't know why this guy made this such a big deal UNLESS he is jealous of his neighbor. I think maybe he is jealous because the neighbor's place is nicer or bigger than his. He felt it necessary to mention more than once that his neighbor owns 18 acres. Why is this something that he feels he has to emphasize? That said, of course it is rude of the other guy to run his chainsaw late at night but I think maybe a call to 911 would stop the chainsaw and no one would end up getting arrested. But I guess beating his neighbor felt better to him.
Cutting between the shooter laughing and the woman screaming and crying is absolutely chilling, people are terrifying.

Eh, I get what the drunkard was going for, unreasonable search and seizure, but he still isn't right
I mean, if you believe you're being illegally arrested, that definitely is a violation of the 4th amendment.
30:19 thats super sad to see that she couldve been helped but refused to take it
Well, she even denied it in hopes for her to give him chance and tried to change him for better, only to result in her life being the price of all, and including his bf's parents that almost got killed. I hope that Digiancito got life time in prison without parole

While sitting in the driver's seat in a parking lot under the influence, we surely would have expected those individuals to go through the judicial process for punishment: a one-year suspended driving license or fine. On the other hand, we observe different reactions from those who believe owning a gun is the right way to protect themselves. However, they are still part of a society with a judicial system, law, and order. If they were living in a jungle or an off-grid location, then having a bazooka might make sense in case of a big monster appearing out of nowhere.
Yes, this individual has a government-issued gun ownership license. If a drunk driver poses a danger, what about someone getting drunk while having their lawful gun on the same table as their alcoholic beverage? Does this situation raise concerns on its own?
If citizens are allowed to have guns to protect themselves, why do we have a police force that consumes a significant amount of taxpayer money?
My first time living by myself I had to call the cops on my neighbor beating his gf in the parking lot. Was so disturbing hearing her cry and asking him to stop.
