Today's video is a recipe for an easy no-knead artisan bread. All it takes is some flour, salt, yeast and some warm water. Tweet me a picture if you make some bread after watching the video @xCodeh@xCodeh
Written Instructions:
3 Cups All Purpose Flour (360 Grams)
1/4 Tsp Active Yeast (1.4 grams)
1 1/2 Cups (360 grams) of Warm Water (not above 130F or 54C)
Mix until dry ingredients are incorporated
Let sit covered on the counter for 3 hours
Pre-heat oven to 450F (232C) with Dutch Oven inside
Cover surface with flour and scrape and fold dough with a dough scraper into a ball and flour is covering the dough evenly.
Put parchment paper into another bowl and place dough in covered with a kitchen towel.
When oven is preheated place dough with the parchment paper into the Dutch oven and place back into the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove the parchment paper and place back into the Dutch oven in the oven without the lid for another 15 minutes.
Let cool for 45 minutes and slice and enjoy.
Total cost for the bread with ingredients I purchased $1.87

I don't know how far your cooking skills go man but you should absolutely try making longer videos with more complex recipes if you're down for it. I think I can speak for most other people when I say I would absolutely love to sit through 15-20 minutes of a video like this. :D

Now this is content. More of this would be dope. Maybe a Day in the Life type of vid in the future?
In essence all salt is the same, but it can be very different if you measure volumetrically (table/tea spoon etc)... Some salts have smaller or larger granuals (crystals), which means 1 tbsp of kosher salt may not be 1tbsp of sea salt. For that reason I always recommend people to just measure salt by mass, its a little less convient sure but you know what your getting... and as a chemist the mineral composition of salts vary even by batch, generally though they are simular enough to where you cant even taste the difference in any significant way, though quantatively there are other salts in it like calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium chloride (and trace amounts of other minerals like manganese copper strontium lithium etc.)...
TLDR: salt volumes can vary, and trace mineral amounts but besides that all salts are generally the same with >97% sodium chloride by mass.
Hope this taught you something, remember never stop learning, not knowing is just an oppurtunity to know something new.
