This is a great example of classic 80's underground metal. It was raw, loose, imperfect, but had an undeniable spirit and vitality to it. Many bands back then weren't trying to become rich or famous, or play every note perfectly. They just wanted to express themselves creatively and have some fun doing it.
Reminds me of the days of looking through the metal albums at record bar and waiting on the new guitar mag to come out. Kids today are missing out on a whole genre of incredible music. Sad...

wow, this is good, classic metal at it's best, if you like this you will like the new band Skull Fist, or to go back again to the NWOBHM days, try Tobruk, the singer sounded very similar indeed.
One Amazing Singer here and shes a female which makes it just that much better. Wish more bands sounded like this or played riffs like this but then again theres still good bands now in these days just look a little.
Black knight had a female vocalist when this was recorded. Lori "The Scream Queen" Wilde. It sounds like a dude, but it isn't. They did have a male vocalist when they recorded they recorded the demo from 84, but this was recorded in 85 by Lori.
Why does that make it any better? Would it be even better if it were a black woman? Even better if it were a gay black woman? How about a gay black trans woman? Being a woman doesn't make her any special. Her voice does. I hope you've grown as a person since you made this inane comment.

Damn , the vocal melodies of this song reminds me another song, but I cannot remember it (it may even be from a hair metal band). When (and if) I remember , I will update this comment. Also these songs were almost ready from 1982 , as I see from another video here in youtube , in which the band is performing a live concert (but they had a man singer , while here it sounds like they have a female singer , and she sounds better than the man of 1982)
Metal Archives claims this band had a female main vocalist... Was there an alternate singer on this track? Or did the lady just have a really rough voice? Sick song either way :)
