Girl...menopause is no joke. It's also works on your nervous system causing anxiety issues making you feel like you going crazy. Pounding heart, insomnia, hot , cold etc. I keep it 64 degrees in summer and 68 degrees in the winter. Love the video. Thanks for sharing!

I'm with you, Tamela! I had a FULL hysterectomy and had them leave my ovaries thinking that would make menopause less severe......... the devil IS a lie. It's just as bad!! I keeps my air on 65 degrees and I'm still hot! My husband have the winter blanket on. I told him it's either this or a baby and changing diapers at our age!! He put that winter blanket on real quick and hursh!
