would you have any tips for animation process? I definitely have rhe motivation to do it but I haven't found the right process 4 me yet

Unfortunately I don't think my process would work for you, or be really innovative, I'd say just experiment if you think the process is the problem. Though it could be other things, like needing to practice specific things instead of spreading yourself thin, and researching other people's tips for storyboarding, rough animation, backgrounds, and editing.
