    Ingredients:
    For boiling matar : -
    250g matar dal
    water
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    2 bayleaf
    For Ghugni : -
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 onions (chopped)
    2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp kashmiri redchilli powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tomato (diced)
    1 potato (diced)
    Salt to taste
    boiled matar
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
    For garnish : -
    black salt
    sev or bhujiya
    onion
    green chilies
    fresh coriander
    roasted cumin red chilli
    tamarind chutney
