These hydrants feel like the coolest thing we've done on the house yet 😅 Replace your leaky hose bib and get 10% off with "masondixonacres10" at www.aquorwatersystems.com/
Wish more builders would use these. They look amazing. Wish I had known about them when we built our house last year. Instead we have traditional faucet connections but I have quick disconnects installed on all the bibs and it works out well enough.
10" where it comes through the wall, 6" where it ends inside the wall. But that accounts for the stainless mounting block due to the stone veneer, they have good drawings on their website to visualize what it would look like with your exterior finish.
@@MasonDixonAcres in that case why would you be using quick disconnect hose lines to run what I would consider to be permanent fixtures? I.e outdoor sink and shower. To their own though.

They are awesome. They make a different version (V1) made for retrofits if you ever want to upgrade!
Love those hose bibs I have 5 of them installed!!!
Very tidy install, you do top shelf work!
Much appreciated! I try to keep attention to detail high.. maybe that's just my personality 😆
Me too!
Just installed 2 over the weekend at the farm. Fabulous install
I agree! These are awesome. I'm going to add them to my motorhome, too ❤
Good summary of product and install.
Great video. Thank you . what depth are your mounting blocks?
I believe those are the 1.5"
Did they send you those to make a video ??
he said so, yes
How come would I get behind the mounting block? I see you use zip tape to prevent that or cause we’re getting in? Is the unit sealed?
Nice where do you get the exterior box? Is that an aquor product?
Yep! These are the 1.5", they also have 3" in stainless and a few other material/thickness options.
Now they have the new HOT & COLD all in one, Hydrant... did they not have it when you first installed them? Would you use the HOT/COLD one now?
Nope, because you can't run an outdoor shower or sink at the temperature you control from the shower or sink.
What length Aquor hose bibs did you use? We're planning to use them on our new build and I'm debating which length to order.

Lol, Now they have a single hot and cold unit in one.
Those are cool but you can’t run an outdoor sink or shower with them 😁

Not permanent at all, temporary sink in the yard for canning and animal processing, outdoor shower for use in warm season only
this is a failure for me... no mixing faucet feature.... just two hose bibs side by side.... 👎😒👎
Mixing is best done at the fixture (outdoor shower, canning sink)
... and you'd have your mixing valve on the insulated side of the wall, wouldn't you want that?
