Can you do it Old School? Back in the day, The Beatles produced some of the world's most iconic music using 4 track tape recorders and a lot of creativity. They had no ProTools, no electronic helping hand, and no undo function. They still managed to turn out tunes that - 60 years later - still make them stand out as one of the greatest bands of all time. So what can you do with 4 tracks and a bunch of creativity? SAE Liverpool is challenging all SAE students worldwide to a music-making competition built on a simple 4 track recording app designed to promote creativity and musicianship. A panel of lecturers and industry experts will judge the entries and the very best will be given the chance to have their tracks released commercially by Jacaranda Records - the birthplace of The Beatles.
