If I’m going to pay over $1 million for a house then I would rather not have anyone living around me! I love VA but I don’t like people. So, where in VA can I find a nice big house on a lot of land that’s away from everyone else?
Pretty much would have to go to the more rural areas around Richmond, usually outside of the highway belts. Places like Powhatan, Goochland, and Chesterfield have neighborhoods that would deliver. Breeze Hill in Goochland county & Greywalls in Powhatan both would be a good fit.
