The Aquila 36 has been on my "short list" for a few years now. Although I'd be more inclined to go with the cruising version with twin 400's and the foiling option.
When I saw those little side hatches, I wasn’t expecting much. Then you stepped down into the accommodations, and I was pleasantly surprised. Those rooms were very nice for that size boat. Amazing thanks Nick

Superb amount of space and options for a relatively small boat.
Looks like it would a lot of fun for a weekend mucking about on the water.
I've grown to be a huge fan of Aquilas, from the smaller day boats on up. I like what the owner did here with the live well, adds even more versatility. Weekender? Sure, but I'm thinking ideal air conditioned cabins to stash the kids/grandkids when they need it. Love this boat.

I don't know about paying $550k for it, but this boat makes me really think of the 19' RV my family had while I was growing up.
You could pack up the kids and go "RVing" on the coastal or inland waterways for a week, easy.

Great video & lovely boat. Those Cats certainly increase the day living space. It would be interesting to see how they perform in a rough sea. Pretty stable I'd imagine ... 🇬🇧
I was going to charter the 36 in the BVI a year ago but upgraded to an Aquila 443 at the last moment. I saw the 36 in action though as I crossed Francis Drake Channel. It was choppy and the 36 was rocking and rollin. Made me happy I upgraded.

It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but I do like to see the odd sub 40ft boats of alsorts in and out and what a bonus Mr Burnham sir having never of seen this type of boat in a sub 40 Cat,and I'm quite impressed on this one,Nick my good friend is hoping to get himself a mid/late 90s Fairline 38 Phantom(flybridge I believe)at some point next year(if you get a chance to tour one of those ever wow)but if there was an older version of this boat I would definitely push him into the direction of one of these to at least to take look,thanks another good one Nick,the master at work,all the best from Cornwall 🤗👌👍

Cracking day or weekend boat. Good layout and easy to single crew if needed. Good turn of speed with either the ‘moo’ or 400s. Just need to decide with child to sell to pay for it. Flip a coin I guess.

Nice boat with some good features but I do prefer the Four Winns 36HT as the heads have seperate shower stalls, maybe you have a review of that coming soon.

That’s a very nice spec’d boat. Even with the panelled back it would be ideal for uk waters. One thing I don’t get is it has a bait box suggesting they intend to catch fish but don’t have the outside grill spec’d for cooking it.

I think tnis model is available with the hydrofoil too which does amazing things for the performance.

Hey Nick, great tour as per usual. I’ve got a couple of questions I keep meaning to ask you. First, what’s the water pressure like on these yachts generally and 2, we often hear about infill cushions etc. is there usually somewhere dedicated to store them?

Depends on the boat. I know a chap with a Princess who reckons he has better water pressure on the boat than at home! Infill cushions - sometimes. You're very welcome, happy Christmas!! 😃
Am I allowed to say... I've seen better for the price. Other yachts on this very channel for around the same cost are much nicer.

Not a fan of this one unfortunately. It just seems to lack the quality finish you find on European marques.
