They cried “conflict of interest” when we signed Faatape meanwhile the face of their show Anasta is a f***ing player agent, if that’s not a conflict of interest, idk what is. What is clear from that discussion is that with the possible exception of Braith none of the panel have been inside a modern workplace, the very thought that someone working for 18 hrs a day is effective is ridiculous, there is a limit to the ability of humans to function at peak levels and 18 hrs is well beyond that. Good leaders and good mangers (BTW can’t be one without the other) know how to put the quality into the day. The hero leader stuff that Kent was spouting is as relevant to modern coaching as starting a biff to win a game was in the 80’s a thing of the past.
