- The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local man gift $500,000 this holiday season! Secret Santa is a real person who wants to remain anonymous and wants to help as many people as he can.
We will be surprising deserving people and families every day from now until Christmas with gifts unique to their circumstances.
Jill Bargabos is a single mother to a son and daughter. She teaches 4th grade and volunteers serving the youth in her church. She does it all without complaining.
Jill has lived with her kids in a two bedroom apartment for at least 18 years. She put herself through college to provide for her family and has been driving the same car for the past 17 years. It's a little red Pontiac with over 200,000 miles and she calls it her "tithing car." Jill believes that paying her tithing has kept her car running for nearly two decades.
Secret Santa thought it was time for Jill to update her vehicle and sent the East Idaho News elves to her classroom with an early Christmas gift. Watch the video above to see the surprise!

I've found that away from their parents many kids are well behaved, its usually the parents that are the problem, not the kids.

It used to be that the schools provided paper, pencils, crayons, scissors, glue, books etc but now Government Runs the schools and it's failed.

AMAZING!!!! WOW!!! So awesome to see News like this. One of these days my Secret Santa is going to gift me a new car! I BELIEVE! My heart was broken and spirit crushed when my own daughter gave her old car to someone else when she knew I needed a car after my car was totaled out 2 few years ago. Taking Uber & Lyft has helped but its really expensive so my health took a beating when I missed Dr. appts. I'm trusting in the good Lord to fight my battles. My Sister is a teacher that has Lupus , she has the most warm hearted personality in all over the world , and she struggles every single day with a smile to beat her fears and lupus and teaches mathematics to younger generation , she has been in loan to cover her medications the past years and to support the family too , I wish I could do something like that for her or pay her loans just to let her feel relieved , specially when she was forced to leave work this month due to Covid-19 and being without any income ... Paying her loans would be the Perfect gift I would ever dream for her , I try every singe day to support her as much as I can ....

I love it when awesome deeds are done without gaining recognition.
What a wonderful heart & Soul they have! Years ago I heard about 2 young ladies who were struggling to get by. They were job hunting all day. With horribly sore feet, they stopped at a little cafe. They asked for something cheap from the menu: one item. As they were drinking their water, a man, unbeknownst to them, overheard their hardship. He went to speak to the manager.
Then he left.
A waitress approached the 2 ladies & asked what they would like to eat. They explained that they had already placed their order. The waitress said: "Yes, but a man had given them money to have 'anything' that they wanted to eat!" The man's only request was that the waitress wait until he was gone to take their order.
They broke down in tears.
This story has stuck with me all these years.
