She wanted someone to be ruthless, but THINK AND CHOOSE when and when NOT to be. Not the monster Musical!Odysseus seemed to be bent on becoming.
I love how in the monster animatic, Gigi pictured the “monster” side of him as a soldier. Kinda like the night when he threw the infant off a wall. Also, the monster began to realize that he was giving in, and in my eyes, was happy. Even if he had nothing to reflect it.

It's honestly funny because Tiresias(the prophet) was kind of hinting out each even to Odysseus, and he was talking about HIM. But he makes it into a poetic thing..and i think Odysseymues couldn't quite understand it was he who was being talked about
