Pagdating mo sa NAIA, ramdam mo agad ang 3rd world feel, not exaggerating. Mainit, masikip, poor facilities. NAIA T1 arrival area (meet and greet) is like a jeepney terminal.

Kudos to Mr. Atong Ang to step-up when he saw that there's a serious need to rehabilitate the "Worst Airport" in the world. It is not easy to change that image overnight. Para sa akin, the only thing that matters to me or the most important thing that I take in consideration pertaining to Airports is the accessibility, the cleanliness, and the operational quality of the Restrooms or Comfort rooms. This also pertains to the exotic resort and parks in the Philippines. A good working Restrooms are what Tourists and Foreigners care the most.
Nothing will change with NAIA under San Miguel. The issue with NAIA is a deeply-rooted issue that requires a literal RECONSTRUCTION of the airport terminals if they want to improve its facilities and services. But even then, San Miguel isn't gonna make any grand changes because they are BAD at airport management (look at Boracay/Caticlan Airport). The NAIA rehab project should've gone to Megawide (look at PITX & Mactan-Cebu International Airport) if the PH government REALLY want things to change.

Hopefully they make the airport accessible via public transport like in other countries to lessen private cars and improve traffic. Not sure if they already have a free shuttle bus between terminals as well to help passengers

We expect Marcos Jr. administration na gawing world class yung airport na yan, plano na rin naman yan sa Duterte administration before na gawing world class kaso madaming inunang flagship project, kaya we expect na si Pres. Marcos Jr. yung magtutuloy niyan. Wag na sanang maging drawing pa.

As long as walang second runway di yan magiging ok. Pwede ka mag dagdag ng convenience facilities ultimately NAIA is just too overcrowded. Wala naman na extra land where a 2nd parallel runway can be built.

kahit I rehabilitate or expand and airport or additional terminal kung nde nila isahn lang ang airport for easy access from international to domestic airport it will continue na worst airport. it very uncovenient sa traveller.
