Fair question.
I think the new comedy show is referencing the same material I am.
A few years ago, someone showed me footage of "Positive Moves", an Angela Lansbury exercise video. I was really drawn to the material. At the time, I was working a lot with using programming to edit videos indirectly -- feed the raw footage into the program, specify certain variables, and it automatically recombines it into a new video. That's what this is. I used the soundtrack of one particularly soothing section as a foundation. I fed it Positive Moves. I told it to build a sequence that was the length of the soundtrack out of three second clips. Voila.
