I am afraid that the Mothus is going to be a must have knife for my collection this year. The thumb disk grabbed my attention, but the pocket clip mounting design sold the deal and put this knife over the top.
Love the keen-2 and the icarus. Even dig the super nova though im not really into the swoopy, persian style blades. That one is just mild enough in the swoop to be attractive to me. Love the bolsters and handle. Loving the ronin too! Looks like a good freek/griptillian/RSK competitor.
Gonna have a couple Bestechs in my stable this year.

Nice mix of new releases & pimped up existing designs. Some nice collabs with designers. Nice to see Bestechman knives moving - good budget option. I have a few Bestech knives and I continue to see their quality improving which is great. The Heidi 2 has certainly caught my eye. Thanks for the vid. Finally, big shout out to Eric here from Outer Limitless - check him out on YT for bushcraft gear reviews & more. Sharp blades all.

I found my D2 Swordfish started to rust just being on my knife drawer. It was oiled going in, not sure what happened maybe oil in my hands. Wiped right off, but i don't think I would ever spend over 100$ on a Bestech.
Are you joke? D2 - tool steel. Buy m390, magnacut or vanax. These steels can alive before ocean deep conquest

Heidi Blacksmith is my favorite knife designer hands down, sorry David. I bought the #1 and fell in love and had to hunt down the Wanger Pronto. Fortunately I speak German so sending a support email to messerundco was really easy haha, I'm sure they speak English though. Now I guess I need this new one. Until I can afford to obtain and somehow get on a list for the real deal made by Heidi, these will have to do.

If the Bestech Man Slasher that i bought is any indication of the "same fit and finish I can come to expect from Bestech" then I'm going to pass all together. The sharpest surface on the knife was the cross bar actuators. Also, the blade was dull. Could be it was just the one I received but I'd like not to pay to find out.
Hey DCA, I love your work but please use some moisturizing cream on those dead skin flakes on your fingers for the next knife close up. It takes attention away from the knife.

Ok....Bestech....give us a premium Ronin asap! Love the budget version and will definitely own 1 but that's a kick ass design! Give us several versions. Maybe a standard model in S30V/S35VN etc and G-10/micarta for $150 or less and several premium models, one in Magnacut with sculpted and textured titanium, one in 15V with titanium bolsters/carbon fiber handle and one in 15V, S90V or Magnacut with sculpted and textured titanium handle with micarta or exotic wood inlays all in the $220 to $260 range.
Heck, give us an extra beefy working man's model in Cruwear or 3V with aluminum or micarta handles and oversized lock-bar and a protruding butt spacer pommel for $180 or less. I'll buy 3 of them, a budget model, an inlayed premium model and the worker.

Chinese made knives have better quality, it's really. American made knife literally piece of shit, spyderco for example.

To be fair, they're talking about the same group of product to scores of different people. How unique and "authentic" do you want each presentation to be? Should they talk about what they had for breakfast to change things up?
