Although this 3 are great protagonist but I don't think they are the same.
Eren is not even close to be smart as the other two. Eren can only do what he is doing because he saw the future and he knows he is connected with freeing Ymir. While Lelouch never knew the future and did everything on the spot using his own brain and creating the future. While Light also did the same but he somehow turned into a god personality.
Eren kills the whole world to save his friends and ultimately makes him the main villain to be killed.
Lelouch saves the whole world by turning himself into a villain so that no one ever has to be discriminated and killed due to their birth place.
Light started out to be a hero killing criminals and saving himself from the police but turned evil due to arrogance and God personality where he thought he could do whatever he felt like.
While Lelouch and light were smart enough to change their fate by taking a different route,Eren had no choice because this was the only option available to him.

Eren becoming antagonist by killing tons of people but because of too much killing he gets guilty and he doesn't know what to do
It means confusion which is pretty realistic since he is not calm as the other 2
He can be related since he is not a prodigy
Light becoming the antagonist too but in his case
Because of achieving crazy power he gets a ego and there is a certain max line and light destroy that line by completely becoming psycho which is also realistic
Lelouch on the other hand does also have ego and he also gets pleasure by killing but he didn't let power to take control over him
Instead he used the power as a tool
He controlled his urges
These 3 are fantastic
