So happy for Liz! You can almost read her mind up to that win that she was questioning her career due to the result of a few matches and the pain she is suffering thru...hence the emotions.
Man I have never seen McEwan so lost in trying to really find her line/groove. Usually she is very consistent and quick in getting her rhythm. That's why she always makes so many damn telecasts. Especially between 2015 and 2022. She, Diana Zavjalova, and Shannon O'Keefe were in a LOT of telecasts during those years. But as you see, she is an incredible spare shooter. Just wish she didn't have to resort to it so much here lol.

I've watched Danielle bowl often and it's rare when she's not locked into the 1-3 pocket on every shot. On this night she just seemed totally lost, throwing through the nose for a Greek Church and then following that with over-adjusting for a couple of washouts. It's interesting to see that even high level pros like Danielle can have no idea what to do and basically struggle like a league bowler on a bad night. Guess it's possible for anyone.
I see Rocio went to a more contemporary style of glasses this year. I like!

You're not much of a bowler then. There is an old saying that every true bowler knows. " Strikes are for show but, spares are for the dough". I've been bowling for over 50 years and I have seen more tournaments won because the pro was a great spare maker and not because he could string strikes.

Just a comment (spoiler alert, so ignore, if you haven't seen it all): seemed to me like Diana didn't wanna try to make that 6-7. Getting one pin or *none* wouldn't have really mattered in that spot.

What happened to Danielle she goes super light 3 straight times doesn't move left then moves to another ball and goes high
I was thinking the same thing. Her ball started going to high. She didn't move right. Then she changes to something less aggressive, and throws it way right, and it doesn't come back. Then she goes back to the first ball, and goes back left, and goes high like she did in the first place. I was like "wtf?" Get the less aggressive ball, and use the same line as the more aggressive ball. Problem solved!!

Female bowling is a joke I'm sorry. These "bowlers" try to pretend what there doing is so tough and stuff. Their form is god awful. They all hit the pocket so lightly. You can hear it when the ball hits the pins. And ummmmmm great shot???? Only a strike is great not a split LUL
