    great content. have a confusion here, when you treat softly with doers and goal oriented kind of attitude with managers. Dont you think the doers will stop or reduce the kind of their accountability or fear with managers now that the super boss itself given us the soft corner or support etc....

    I am in a position right now where i dont even have managers.. just some people above other people but they all have specific jobs to do... How do you get to the next stage so that i can focus on growing the business!!

      I was in a similar position, Doing 3 day PACE program helped with lot more things to scale. Short answer, you help your current team. understand their goal set a business goal. Have them work towards it with a reward(money, promotion and recognition). Help them build the skills required to move them to the next level which can help in achieving the goal as a team!

    can we not stay happily without running for money and instead focus on relationship building to live a healthy and better life. He is the one who spread toxicity in work environment and that's what he preach.

      @@Leo-b4l happiness requires being wholesome... Anyone who thinks money is not important is living a lie... I'm not asking anyone to work 24/7... I'm a big believer of living a holistic life where you make money by giving value, you can give value only by being capable in your work, healthy in your body and mind and happy in your relationships...

      What you are suggesting is, complacency and being naive that relationships don’t have nuances.. it’s important to learn what we don’t know and learn how to deal with ourselves and people around us to build healthy relationships.
