Thank you for our house tour!! Looks nice!! We our back in the USA and we are renting our place out until we return. Thank the tenant for taking care of our home while we are gone. And I’m a subscriber of your channel also and enjoy watching your videos!!
Thanks for watching and commenting Dave. The best way is to simply go to any one of the many real estate websites in Thailand. That's exactly how we found the 2 homes we have rented so far. We use: star-property-huahin.com/ or www.thailand-property.com/ but there are many others. They are all similar. Good luck.
@quehairstyling1622 whatever type of rental property you look at, from the bottom of the price list to the top, it will always be a tiny fraction of the cost of a similar house in Australia. Guaranteed. Don't forget most (not all) rental properties in Thailand are fully furnished.
This is crazy Chris We said we were coming in October just to check out I think we will be there before Got realestate coming today and these videos are getting me excited Thanks mate for sharing 👍
Hi all, thanks for the video. I think you would be lucky to rent a caravan here in Australia for that price, prices here for rentals are going up and up. looking forward to getting there in May. Do you know of any good car rental places? Thanks, keep the vids coming.
Thanks for watching and commenting! One thing you can be certain of in Thailand is that rental properties will always be a tiny fraction of the price they are in Australia for an equivalent standard property. Be very careful with car rental in Thailand. Most car rental companies, apart from the big multinationals, do not have the proper insurance on their cars. They will TELL you it is "top insurance" but it MUST be proper rental insurance type 120. Ask for proof. Do NOT rent unless they can prove this. You can try the company below that has been renting to foreigners for a long time (link below). You will have to book a long way in advance and I think minimum rental period is 1 month. Make sure you have a valid international driving permit. Ignore anyone who tells you it is not necessary. iminhuahin.com/nice-n-easy-car-rental/

How come not the landlord keep clean the lawn? Thats interesting. ….
For ฿10,000 a month you usually don't get gardener service included.

AU$428 is crazy cheap

Where in Hua Hin is this located?
The location is shown at the start of the video.
Hello. Thanks for sharing. I will be moving to Thailand next month. Looking for a place with zero neighbors and good wifi. Is that possible?
Possibly outside of Hua Hin?
