Honestly I'd watch this show well after the cast goes grey and wrinkly. Could you imagine the pensioner version of the gang? Sounds equally, if not more hilarious than what we have now.

I think it's hilarious that they always make fun of Sweet Dee on the show for being "ugly", but she's so incredibly beautiful.

in your opinion i guess, i find her ugly and i'm pretty sure she was cast for the joke to make sense. they couldn't have had a hands down beautiful girl get shit on and called ugly all the time, it wouldn't have worked.

I love that they said they aren't fans of shows that just keep going into 10th, 11th seasons. haha. They are their now and they are still horrible people that keep us laughing and wondering how no one has died yet. haha.

Well it’ll look weird and creepy. She’s already begun getting plastic surgery and can no longer move half her face and constantly appears to be giving a sinister grin. Essentially ruined her character lol

Seems like DeVito loves being in this show and on set with everyone. It almost seems like they made him young again. He gets to go around talking about his balls and ass and picking shit out of sewers and no one cares. Good for him I hope they do it for a long time to come. Could never get enough of sunny.
They're renewed for so many seasons that she's about to be Sweet Dee when she's 50.

Season 9 had some of the best stuff yet, so far so good. The shorter seasons may give it greater longevity than some shows have.

I love this show. I hope they keep them coming. The writing is great ( i like when the charlie goes America on everyones ass) and I love their views. Just listening to then argue or discuss things is hilarious. I would love to see the 4 of them as tv show hosts.

Just watched every episode of this show on netflix
Well we are getting season 9 and 10 hopefully the show stays amazing.
I finished season 15 yesterday and currently getting at least another 3 seasons..... you've got to assume when putting out numbers like that they would renew for another two and make it a round 20.
And now Kaitlin is nearly a 50 year old Sweet Dee!

sometimes its hard to see them as themselves instead of their characters, you know how each character acts, but it never comes.
Who else is watching in 2020 and laughing about the renewal to season 18? 😂 no shade though, I’ll be watching when I’M 50, and beyond, if I have any say in it!

I really hope they bring the waitress and mcpoyles into season 7 because they are really missed, season 6 kinda lacked that unity. My least favorite season so far but it wasn't bad, better than anything else on tv but season 4 and 5 were amazing.

i HATE ppl who pull the plug when everything is great and there is no reason to pull the plug on a show it pisses me off to no end, like wait until u get half the viewers of ur last season then talk to me about cancellations, especially with the best show on television, sunny in Philly
charlie's become flanderized and mac's always been boring. always been meh on frank, too. always loved Dee, she's been consistently funny and Dennis has actually improved a lot, he's a favourite of mine now.
last series was definitely hit or miss.

@horrorandmetalfan001 I like the first two episodes of the Brand new season 7. They seem pretty good so far, but I see what you were saying. There was some weak ones in there Season 5&6. But it seems like they bounced back towards the middle end of Season 6. I just think 5 wasn't the greatest.

I think they should stop at 7 seasons. Season 6 had some good episodes and some duds. It seems like they were running low on ideas on what to do with these characters and their performances were a little off sometimes, like they weren't really that into it. I hope they do an awesome seventh season and move on.
