Melee bork is just too good man idk why they gutted ranged bork but basically gave melee bork a slap on the wrist when they tend to abuse it the hardest
If you like cooked Cho builds you should try: 1. Warmog 2. Bami item 3. 10%omnivamp + %max hp into AP item 4.5. move speed + tanky items Additional 200AP makes your spells hit much harder + random bami burn DPS + 10% omnivamp with 7k HP and second makes your enemies missplay so much since they never expect the DMG + healing.
Conq build: Nashor's Tooth + Tytanic Hydra + Riftmaker + some tank items like sunfire/hollow radiance/Spirit visage + abyssal mask + jak'sho. If the enemy team don't have tank killer champs but a lot of melee champs u will be very hard to kill Arcane comet Hybrid AP + Tank build with burst dmg: Luden's companion, Shadowflame, Hollow radiance, Undending Despair, Jak'sho. Ap items will give u easy lane with some oneshot from ur combo, and later u will be still very tanky. Shadowflame gives u more true dmg from ur ult which scales with ap and hp and u will get more stacks cause of this item
Bro as a pocket Cho player I was looking over otp cho'gath builds and I see warmog bork and I'm so scared to try it. Also, everybody says that heartsteel feels like bait, but imo i feel like warmogs cho (atleast full tank) isnt really that good because you have no damage and you have to get out of combat for a while. It's very hard to get back out and in team fights like Mundo. Heartsteel you just cling on a backline on a valuable target once and chunk him with r, especially in diamond and below where they dont play around you as much.

I tried muramana chogath and its pretty strong since each of chogaths E's proc muramanas AD ability passive thing (adding around 110 extra AD per E auto). Not only that but you're able to execute people just above the execute bar thanks to muramanas extra AD on abilities. Give it a go, it's really strong.
would love to see experimental hexplate instead of wits end there, AD, attack speed, and the ult cooldown reduction could be nutty. Ulting gives you 15% movespeed and 30% attack speed. So botrk someone with Q auto spikes for at least 60% of their current HP, then chomp and chase the rest of the team down or run away. Sounds poggers
@Instanence Except that is not quite true. The human eye is not like a monitor, it does not have the same kind of refresh rate. The focus of the eye is permanent, it does not have a fps. The images you see are built by your eye moving its focus around to get a wider clearly defined area, the whole area is "refreshed" about 30 times per seconds. This being said, you also are not syncronised with the franes and could thus "see the same one twice", if both are at 30 fps. In reality though, what you see is constantly updated, instead of once every "tick"/"frames". Especially if you focus on a smaller area, so do your eyes, thus the zone covered in details is much smaller and refreshed much much more often and you see a larger % of it at any given position of you eyes. So no, you can disagree by simply understanding anatomy. This being said, above 60fps it is fast enough that realistically speaking, a human will not perceive much of a difference, if any.
ok hear me out, this build but your 3rd item is terminus (bork % hp physical, e % hp magic, so you get both pens and tank stats to go with your hp) and 4th item navori
GUNBLADE, ROA, NASHORS TOOTH, TRIFORCE, FROZEN GAUNTLET AND WARMOGS was the build that brought me to diamond wayyyy back. Chogath E was a passive before. good old attck spd giant kaiju, the moment it hits, will be the slowest you've been. I can change nashors to rylais if enemy are long ranged. just so can nom.
When I used to play (Last Season) I would play cho'gath but I would build tear into Fimbulwinter after taking Doran's Ring. I ran out of mana so much but I was low elo, so I made a build that could mana spam. I would go either fimbulwinter or essence reaver, depending. I enjoyed it, solved Cho's mana issues. At least for me.
Generally, I prefer to turn off vsync since it causes minor input lag, or at least for how it is perceived. Once your monitor starts drawing a frame, it will completely finish it before redrawing a new frame over it. It prevents screen tearing which is visual QoL, but also holds back any updated frame segments from being shown to you. For 240Hz monitor (and in game) performance, it doesn't feel as significant as it would for VSync at 60Hz, but that's my personal preference. I know many streamers keep vsync on as it tends to help with game capture quality too
I would have taken hail of blades if i was doing this with bork. Hail of blades even on its own gives cho a great advantage in early damage but with bork it makes your burst much better

For fps fix u actually need to cap ur fps, lol. Uncapped fps can give u some lags, cause league engine sucks and bugged. Ye, Vsync locking ur fps too, but if it's uncapped u sometimes can still get random lags cause of that. With capped fps it wouldn't jump as fuk between 100 and 240 - that's a reason of lagging. U can just lock fps on 144 and feel great, cause ur eyes physically can't catch the difference, but u will have veeeeeeeeery stable fps. And... talking about Cho'Gath builds - in every build Shadow Flame is insane item, cause ur ult can crit a lot more with it, and it gives to the enemy much less chances to survive from random heal or shield + it gives a lot of AP for ult scaling, and penetration for other skills

v sync doesnt do anything besides remove screen tearing and give input latency, it certainly wont increase your fps...

Titanic might be the good version of this, HP scaling + auto reset is probably more damage than this and you retain some amount of tankiness
