He is one of the greatest songwriters. The Dexys albums have been consistently outstanding even if, at times, he has almost deliberately tried to alienate his fanbase. All the twists, and image changes, have been proven, over time, to be the work of a genius.

Few good songs on the new album that I liked, a few that are rubbish . The old stuff was great at the gig
