Its leadership has already stated that several countries would be excluded from consideration for membership. It is their self admission that neither the region nor continent have any unity prospects whatsoever. They will both remain multinational zones.. Focus on fixing and freeing your own country, then region. Before extending any in invitation to join dysfunction.
