I couldn't find Blobfly 1. When I went to the area, it wasn't spawned and I know I didn't have it because my Blobfly completion was at 0%. Did they change the Blobfly location at some point, or is this a glitch?

After i searched about it. I found out that you have to do the main quest of this aera and then it will unlock this side quest showed in the video. But it will take maybe 3 days or so because after you finish the quest you have to wait 24 hours to continue doing it. And then another time the same thing after you do a part of the quest you have yo wait onr more day.

once you activate the top part go to where the chest area spawns at the video there is a lamp light red stick there, then activate it before activating the 2 terminals.
