Once when I was bringing her back to her Mum’s she told that we don’t have enough time; she was five. Breaks my heart even now. She’ll be 20 in October. Just WOW, been listening to Chappell Roan a lot lately and she reminds me of so many great artists, one of which is Missy in terms or song construction & lyrical economy as well as vocal technique. Along with Vanessa & Delta, her songwriting just gets better with every year.
Had the chance to see her in Sydney just recently and this one had my friend and I holding back our tears, didn't work of course. It's such a beautiful song, I can't wait for the new album.

i was a fan back from the start but fell away, .... been a swiftie for years, but this album is missy's tortured poets, and it's so brilliant in its poetry. now i just feel sad having missed all the years of her music, will try to catch up because i'm sure this album really hits harder for fans. but apart from that, the songs here really are breaking some new ground that is rarely touched.
