Surya Ltd. with a registered capital of ₹1000000 divided into equity shares of ₹10 each issued 100000 equity shares payable ₹3 on application ₹2 on allotment,₹3 on first call and ₹2 on second and final call. The amount due on allotment was duly received except Sandhya holding 6000 shares. Her Shares were immediately forfeited.On the first call being made , Abhijit holdings 5000 equity shares paid the entire balance on his holding. Second call was not made.
