💚 Matcha Brownie
white chocolate 90 g
50g of butter
Matcha Powder 2 tablespoons
35g of sugar
Egg 1
40g of flour
Baking Powder Half Teaspoon
1g of salt
Oreo
1. Melt the white chocolate and butter thoroughly.
2. Add matcha powder and sugar and mix.
3. Add one egg and mix until the mixture is smooth.
4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix.
5. Pour into molds, spread out flat, top with oreo, and wait until chocolate brownies are made.
🤎 Chocolate Brownie
50g of dark chocolate
60g of butter
Egg 1
55g of sugar
20g of flour
Cocoa Powder 20 g
Oreo
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
2. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Add egg and mix until mixture is smooth.
4. Sift together the flour and cocoa powder and mix.
5. Place dough on top of matcha brownie&oreo and top with oreo.
6. 170 degrees 35 minutes in a preheated oven
7. When you poke the brownies with a stick, if the dough comes out a little, cool it to room temperature and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
8. Remove the cooled brownies from the refrigerator and cut them.
