The RES V3 car switch feature works flawlessly on the trail. Hold both buttons on the remote for 3 seconds to switch car.
It was awesome fun! Had the C44KM as 'car 1' and the C34RTR chassis as 'car 2'
Even rescued myself with the winch a few times! 😅🙈💪

I really like the RES v3, and use it in several of my WPLs, but in my heavy c24-1 it just doesn't cut it. The servo (and I've tried 3-4 different metal geared servos) stalls out all the time. The bec is just too weak.
I have the exact same servo in my even heavier MN, but run off an isdt esc70, and it's a beast. Way more torque and speed.
So decent for light trucks, but too weak in heavier, modded trucks...
I miss a lot of the v3 functionality in my MN though, but love the better speed modulation and stronger servo.

So are you changing which truck you were controlling from a click of a button on the controller? I don’t know since I only have one car equipped with the RES-V3

Yes, at the top of the board is a jumper switch, my green 44 is set as car 1, thr brown c34 car 2, hold both buttons to switch between cars 😁
