For insomnia the week before your period, I wonder if it might be PMDD? Hormones changing before your period can cause some really unpleasant symptoms. I personally get drastic mood swings the week before, and now when I start feeling really bad, I look at my cycle timeline and realize what's going on and can better prepare. 😊 If you haven't heard of PMDD I definitely recommend looking into it when you have time!

I do feel like I have some degree of PMDD-I also get *really* bad mood swings a week before my period. I haven't been diagnosed by a doctor, but it might be a good idea to bring this up next time. 🥺
