Hey guys
You all play really well, the new and old style. I really dig it but the new darbukas sound very stiff to me. Ok Bass is Bass but the Edge/rim sound, sounds really bad and boring. It has no sharp attack and also sounds stiff.
I have experinced this because I tried a lot of new generation darbukas and compared to elder once.
I don't know, but the sound is not tight enough.
Still love your playingskills.
Really good but find the old generation. You will feel it
